Welcome to Mushroom Baby Bamboo's FAQ page! We’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions about shopping with us. If you don’t see your answer here, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Shopping & Orders
What sizes do you carry? Our sizes 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-18 months, 18-24 months, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5/6, 6/7, 7/8 for kids. Adult sizes range from Small to 4XL. Each product listing will note the available sizes.
Do you offer pre-orders? We sure do! I love giving you first dibs on upcoming custom prints and new styles. I’ll post these "pre-order alerts" on our Facebook page. By pre-ordering, you’re essentially putting your size on hold so you don’t miss out when the shipment arrives. Be sure to check the individual post or listing for specific shipping windows and arrival dates!
Shipping Policy
We know you are excited to receive your buttery soft bamboo! As a family-run business based in the Dubuque, IA, and Galena, IL, area, we take great care in getting your orders to you as quickly as possible.
• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
• Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
• Local Pickup: If you are local to the Dubuque or Galena area, please contact us prior to ordering to see if local pickup is an option for you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your little ones to love your Mushroom Baby Bamboo items! Because our business helps fund our family's mission to adopt our step-niece, Josie, we appreciate your support and strive for your complete satisfaction.
• 30-Day Return Window: Items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Exchanges: Due to the limited nature of our unique prints, we cannot always guarantee an exchange for the same pattern or size. If you need a different size, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order.
• Defective Items: We take pride in our quality, but if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
• Final Sale: Please note that any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders
Do you make matching sets for families or siblings? Yes, in some designs we can order family and sibling matching sets. These designs can be viewed on my Facebook page Mushroom Baby Bamboo. Since they are not an item that I keep in stock I only show those on there. If you see something that you like please save the photo and send it to me through Facebook Messenger.

Are you a boutique or a custom shop? Both! Mushroom Baby Bamboo is a mom-owned shop offering carefully selected children’s boutique clothing and offers some custom designs made just for you.
Where are you based? We’re proudly based in Benton, Wisconsin and ship all across the U.S. and some international locations.
